During our senior year at the best university in the world, ASU, our paths finally matched due to one faithful swipe (right). After some deep text messages and laughs about Mario Kart, Lindsey pushed Ben in the right direction to ask her on a first date. From the moment we first met on the peaceful Rooftop of the Westin Tempe that overlooked the roaring scene of Mill Avenue- we knew that what we had was special. Once in a lifetime special. What didn't know-and would continue to learn more and more every day, was that we had found our forever partners. Our best friend. Every day, we continue to learn how lucky we are to have found someone to dance through life with- despite all of life's winds and waves. All with a couple of laughs on the way. Once our time ended at ASU, we moved to San Diego California to pursue our professional careers. Ben began to work as a freshly commissioned Officer in the US Navy and Lindsey began her preparations and schooling for her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. Our family in CA grew with two fur balls that magically appeared on our front doorstep (thanks to Craigslist). From personal endeavors, to cats, to SD beach days, we knew this was the life we wanted to share together. In December 2023, Ben got down on one knee at the same Rooftop Bar on Mill Ave and asked for Lindsey's hand in marriage- which will be one of the best moments of our lives. We cannot wait to celebrate our union with you!
