James Madison Museum of Orange County Heritage
"The first museum in the U.S. to honor our 4th President, Father of the Constitution, and author of the Bill of Rights, James Madison. A blend of presidential, cultural and agricultural exhibits, the Museum houses a wonderful collection of the rich heritage of Orange County, Virginia. Books, documents, costumes, furniture, farm equipment, presidential artifacts and a 1730's patent house. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Our mission is to collect and preserve artifacts of the historic and cultural heritage of 18th-20th century Orange and the Piedmont, Virginia; and to memorialize, in particular, James Madison, Jr., 4th President of the United States, his life and times, and in his interest in and unique contributions to the fields of political theory and government, economics and agriculture. Further, we honor Orange-born Maj. Gen. Zachary Taylor, our 12th President."
Keswick Vineyards
"A family owned and operated winery near Charlottesville, VA was founded in 2000 with their first vintage in 2002 winning the honor of “Best White Wine in America” at the Atlanta International Wine Summit. Since then, the Keswick Vineyards has won two Governor’s Cups as well as numerous Gold, Double Gold and Platinum awards across the country. Their family-friendly tasting room boasts an elevated food menu, miniature golf course, dog park, and live music on Saturdays."

Barboursville Vineyards
"Situated on the broad, rolling plateau and foothills of the Southwest Mountains in the Virginia Piedmont, running parallel with the Blue Ridge to the west, our 900 acres occupy ground of sedimentary rock of volcanic origin, and separate stratifications of sandstone and conglomerates, with sloping exposures of even greater variety. In the temperate mid-Atlantic weather of our growing region, this estate presents the viticulturist with a dynamic mosaic of growing conditions. Some years favor one planting site for a given varietal, such as Cabernet Franc, and other years favor another in the same varietal. The resulting engagement with the vines is exceptionally active and verifies the truism that the human hand, learned, seasoned, and schooled by many previous vintages, must be incorporated in any conception of “terroir.”"
