The official group rates are set from October 24th to 27th, 2024 for a 3 night minimum and include the following: Hotel Stay All meals, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, shows and entertainment on the property Taxes Room categories that have been reserved for the group: Select Superior (+18) Adult-only accommodation, includes jungle-inspired decor, Wi-Fi access, full-sized balcony, jungle views, 24-hour room service, and more. Max. Occupancy: 2 Adults Eco Family Suite Perfect for families, especially if you’ve never stayed in a hotel room with a private pool before. Your private balcony has its very own plunge pool which makes the Eco Family Suites one of the most unique rooms in the resort. You will have excellent views of the jungle from the private balcony where you can spot exotic birds including the elusive Red Collared Toucan (if you are lucky). The Eco Family Suites sleeps 2 adults and 3 children with one master bedroom complete with king-size bed and a fun bunk bed for three. The stylish bathroom includes 2 luxurious showers, plush bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. You also have access to 24-hour room service, free in-room Wi-Fi, and more. Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (4 Adults and 1 child o 3 Adults and 2 children) Eco Family Penthouse The Eco Family Penthouse sleeps 2 adults and 3 children overlooking the water park. The 387 square feet of living space includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a separate bedroom with bunkbed for 3 children plus a private bathroom. Extra amenities include free Wi-Fi, bluetooth music network, 24-hour room service, and more. Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (4 Adults and 1 child o 3 Adults and 2 children) If you’d like to book a different room category than listed or stay outside those dates, please inquire at the time of booking. Those requests can be accommodated but need to be done through the booking options listed above to be included in our wedding room block.

Roundtrip transportation from airport to the hotel

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Shared Roundtrip Aiport Transportation is $98.75 USD per person. This private service is only shared with wedding guests arriving/leaving together (+/- 30min). Important - Flight details are required before September 9th,2024 to schedule transportation. Please send us a screenshot of both departure and arrival flights.

TRIP INSURANCE We recommend purchasing trip insurance here to recover payments made in event of a cancellation. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PLAN: 1st Deposit: To hold your room, we will need a deposit of $150 USD per room. 2nd Deposit: 50% of the total room cost due by July 9th,2024 Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due by September 9th,2024. CANCELATION: Deposits are refundable from the time of booking to July 9th,2024. From July 10th,2024, to August 6th,2024, any room cancellation results in 1st and 2nd deposits are not-refundable. Resorts charge fees for reducing the number of nights or guests. From August 7th,2024, to Travel dates, room cancellations are non-refundable. ** Please note that without insurance, you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund for any reason. Including but not limited to COVID-19, unexpected emergencies, inability to travel, etc.** NAME CHANGES: After the final payment, there will be a fee of $50 USD per person for changing the name on your booking (hotels may deny name changes at their discretion). PASSPORT: All passengers (including infants) must have a valid passport to enter Mexico. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates. If your passport is in the process of issuing or renewal, we strongly suggest purchasing insurance.
