What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM to allow time for seating. Cocktail hour will follow at 5:30 PM in the Massachusetts Room (upstairs), with the reception beginning at 6:30 PM. All events will take place at the Harvard Club.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire, please! Gentleman: Suit and tie Ladies: Formal evening dress

Are there hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We've organized room blocks at the Eliot Hotel, which is conveniently located just steps away from The Harvard Club. If you choose to stay at one of the other hotels on our recommended list, they are also close by!

What if the room block is already full?

Answer

Not to worry! Chances are there are still plenty of rooms available at each hotel outside of the room block. Call the hotel or book directly through the hotel website.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, we kindly ask that only adults attend.

Is parking available on site?

Answer

Yes. Limited on-site parking is available in the lot behind the Harvard Club at 415 Newbury Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is $15 per hour, with a maximum of $45 per vehicle. You may pay by credit card upon arrival (cash is not accepted).
