Guests staying at Kingfisher Harwich Port: Transportation will arrive at 5:45 PM and depart promptly at 5:55 PM for the ceremony at Wychmere – Dune. Guests will arrive between 6:00 PM–6:10 PM. Guests staying at Colony Beach Motel: Transportation will arrive at 5:30 PM and depart promptly at 5:40 PM for the ceremony at Wychmere – Dune. Guests will arrive between 6:00 PM–6:10 PM. Guests staying at alternate accommodations: We recommend using ride share services to: Wychmere Beach Club – Dune 23 Snow Inn Road Harwich Port, MA 02646 Please plan to arrive between 6:00 PM–6:15 PM for the ceremony.

At the conclusion of the reception, three buses will be available beginning at 12:00 AM to transport guests back to their accommodations. Guests who would like to continue celebrating at the couple’s after party at the Bride’s Airbnb are warmly welcome to take the designated after party bus.

Keep the celebration going! Join us the day after the wedding at The Beachcomber for a relaxed beach day with friends, family, and fun in the sun. Transportation will be provided for all guests, with exact pickup times to be shared closer to the wedding weekend. For guests planning to drive, please note that parking at The Beachcomber fills up very quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend arriving no later than 9:00 AM to secure parking in the lot. The Beachcomber is approximately 30 minutes from Harwich Port, so we strongly encourage guests to take the provided transportation or use ride share services whenever possible. For guests utilizing our transportation services, please plan to Uber to First Church of Christ, Scientist Harwich-Chatham. Shuttle buses will depart promptly at 11:00 AM for the Beachcomber and will return at 4:30 PM. Please note that parking is not permitted at the church. Public parking is available near Dockside Café, approximately a 9-minute walk from the church.
