Question
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Paradise Cove. Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors. Ladies, don't worry about your heels, there are pavers and turf so no one will be sinking into the grass.

How do we get there?
Answer
If you are staying at Caribe Royale, there will be a shuttle service provided to and from Paradise Cove. The shuttle will be leaving the Caribe Royale lobby at 5:00pm sharp. It is only making one trip so don't miss it! If you are staying somewhere else and not using the shuttle, there is general parking on site at Paradise Cove. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available in the area. If needed, cars can be left at the venue overnight and picked up the next day from 8:30am-12pm, they do not tow.

Are there accommodations?
Answer
Yes! A room block is reserved at Caribe Royale. We'll be having welcome drinks and the after party right at the hotel so that no one has to worry about driving! Check the travel page for the booking link. The room block closes 60 days ahead of the wedding.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to ensure you find a seat. Light refreshments will be provided while you wait for the ceremony to begin.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly request that our guests dress in Spring Formal attire. For women, this means midi or floor-length dresses. For men, a suit and dress shoes are appropriate. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see everyone looking their best! It goes without saying, but please avoid white or white-passing colors.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If your guest is listed on your invitation and/or when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. We thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave your kids at home.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangovers are on you - get ready to party!

Are you having a welcome party?
Answer
We would love to see anyone who is in town on Thursday night. We'll be doing welcome drinks at The Rum Bar located inside of Caribe Royale at 8:00pm and would love to see everyone there! Drinks on us until 9pm!

Where's the after party?
Answer
The party doesn’t stop after the reception! Come hang out with us at Stadium Club in Caribe Royale. We have a room reserved from 11:30pm - 12:30am and we’ll have some late-night snacks to keep you going. Drinks will be available at the bar (just a heads-up: it’s a cash bar). Can’t wait to keep the night going with all of you!

Are there any plans for Saturday?
Answer
For anyone staying, we'll be spending Saturday by the hotel pool and would love for you to come and hang out with us. It’ll be a low-key way to unwind and enjoy some extra time together—feel free to come by the pool whenever, just bring your suit, sunscreen, and good energy!
