Kona International Airport (KOA) is the main airport for the western side of the Big Island and the one we recommend everyone fly into. It's about thirty minutes from the Mauna Lani and other hotels and resorts. Additionally, it has plenty of direct flights in and out, as well as easy access to other Hawaiian islands if you would like to travel around our wedding.
Rental Car
Numerous rental car agencies are located a quick shuttle ride away from the airport. Shuttles are located just outside baggage claim and come through frequently. The agencies have plenty of available cars that can be booked in advance.
Uber
For those looking to travel to and from their hotels by rideshare, Ubers are easy to get at the airport and located just outside baggage claim.
