Flight options, rental car recommendations, and hotels/resorts. American Airlines has direct flight options from DFW to PLS. We would also suggest looking at travel packages through Orbitz or Expedia - you can sometimes get either free flights or a free night depending on length of stay and resort/hotel. We suggest a rental car rather than utilizing a taxi service while on the island. Our family is staying at Royal West Indies Resort, however, please feel free to choose accommodations that best fit your needs. If you are looking at other hotels or AirB&B's, we recommend the Grace Bay Area or Leeward Settlement.

Weather: our wedding is during the summer, so you can expect warm weather with some rainfall. Transport: our suggestion is to rent a car, taxis are expensive. Travel requirements: you must have a passport. We would suggest applying for your passport by Feb. 2026 at the latest.

This is our wedding venue. Located in the heart of Grace Bay, this beachfront resort has been our vacation home for the last 10+ years. It has a restaurant and bar on-site, bicycle rentals, and 2 pools (one is mainly shaded and adult only). Happy hour every day from 5-7pm. We will be staying here and recommend this as mid-level budget option.

This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach, located on the main strip and in walking distance of most restaurants and shops. We have stayed at this resort in years past and highly recommend this as a budget-friendly option.

There are some great VRBO/Airbnb options in Turks and Caicos. We highly recommend sticking to the Grace Bay and Leeward Settlement areas of Providenciales.

This all-inclusive Resort was the first place Lindsay stayed at in Turks and Caicos back in 2006. It has been a favorite on the island for over 20 years and is great for families. We recommend this as a high-level budget option for those wanting an all-inclusive option.

Seven Stars Resort and Spa is known for being one of the best resorts to stay at on the island. It is walking distance from most shops and restaurants in Grace Bay and is right down the road from Royal West Indies Resort. We recommend this as a high-level budget resort.

Located in The Bight Settlement, this resort is a short-drive from Grace Bay. This resort is known for being located on a national park, known as the Bight Reef or Coral Gardens. The beach is much smaller here but if you are looking to snorkel every day on a mid-high range budget, this is a great option.
