Yes, there is transportation starting at noon a shuttle of pick guests up from the downtown Hilton and shuttle them to the wedding until 1:15 PM. The shuttle is also available for guests after the wedding and all the way until midnight. Should you like to leave your car at your hotel and enjoy the day. Guests that are not staying at the hotel are also welcome to park at the Hilton secure garage and utilize the shuttle.
Yes, there are a couple of parking options for the reception. There is a garage located on the side of the building as well as the surface lot directly behind station 67. Both options do require a small fee. There is also pre-street parking that you are welcome to try your luck with.
Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate.
Yes, there is an after party. Starting at 11:30 we welcome everyone to join us out on the town most likely starting at the Hilton’s rooftop bar and a couple of bars on high Street near the Arena District. The shuttle service will be available to anyone and everyone until midnight.
The ceremony will start at 1:30PM. We suggest you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
Out of respect for the sacrament of matrimony at the Catholic mass, we kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
