WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are located at SoireEstate Wedding & Events Venue at SB Nursery and Gardens. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire For men, suits are preferred, ties are optional. For ladies, we recommend floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO ATTEND?

We love your little ones, however; our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony starts at 3:30pm, so we ask that guests arrive by 3:00pm at the latest to ensure you find your seat in time for the start of the ceremony. Please be aware our venue will not permit late arrivals to the ceremony!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Yes! There will be shuttles provided to and from the ceremony/reception.

Yes! There is parking available for anyone wanting to drive.

What do I need to know about the airport shuttles?

Answer

Tampa International Airport is divided into a Red Terminal and a Blue Terminal. When you call your airport shuttle for pickup, they’ll ask which color terminal you’re in — this helps them know exactly where to find you.
