A fun, family-friendly outdoor spot with activities like giant slides, axe throwing, petting areas, shops, ice cream, and scenic views, making it a good spot for guests of all ages. Oak Tree Mountain is also home to Oak Glen Cider Company, where we like to order a pitcher of Pacifico and some fresh fried spring rolls. They are to die for! It is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
A relaxed outdoor park featuring lakes, picnic areas, walking paths, pedal boats, fishing, and a swim complex. Ideal for families or guests looking for a low-key day outside. We like to go fishing here!
A scenic state park with rolling hills, open trails, and sweeping valley views. A great option for guests who enjoy hiking or want to explore local nature.
A historic Victorian mansion with beautifully maintained Italian-style gardens. Guests can tour the grounds, explore the architecture, or enjoy a quiet afternoon walk. Lindsay has performed with a choir at this venue a few times, so keep an eye out for community events at this spot!
A charming downtown area with local shops, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Perfect for dining, shopping, or casually exploring the city.
A seasonal farm destination known for lavender fields in summer, festivals, farm-to-table dining, and local produce. A fun stop if visiting during peak seasons. We go at least once a year. If you're there when the lavender is being harvested, order a lavender whiskey sour! You won't regret it.
This is the bar we met at. Needless to say, we think it's a good time.
