Matron of Honor
Louise is my grandmother, but that title has never come close to capturing what she truly is to me. She is my best friend, my safe place, my constant in this life. From the time I was little, people have called me “Little Louise,” and I’ve always worn that with pride, because being anything like her is one of the greatest honors I could imagine. She has been there for every chapter of my life. The laughter, the tears, the moments when I needed guidance, and the moments when I simply needed someone who loved me unconditionally. The truth is, words will never fully capture what she means to me. She is one of the greatest loves of my life, and if souls truly travel together through many lifetimes, I know in my heart that mine has found hers again and again. Having her stand beside me as my Matron of Honor is one of the most meaningful parts of this day. There will never be enough words to describe the love I have for this woman, but if you know her, you understand why.
Bridesmaid
Jen is technically my aunt, but she’s always felt more like the older sister I never had. She’s hilarious, fiercely supportive, and the person I can call at absolutely any moment, whether I need life advice, someone to cry to, or someone to laugh with until nothing makes sense anymore. She’s been always there for me in my life and one of the people I can always count on, no matter what.
Bridesmaid
Kyrsten and I grew up more like sisters than cousins. From childhood adventures to adult chaos, we’ve basically done life side by side. She’s the kind of person who will always tell you the honest truth (whether you asked for it or not) and somehow that’s exactly why I love her. She’s been there through every phase, every questionable decision, and every laugh along the way, and I couldn’t imagine this day without her by my side.
Bridesmaid
Erica is my little cousin, but we’ve always been more like sisters growing up. Through the years we somehow earned the very glamorous nicknames of “Big Poop” and “Little Turd,” which pretty much sums up the kind of childhood chaos we shared. We grew up side by side making memories, laughing at everything, and getting into just enough trouble to keep things interesting. She will always be my little turd, and I love her more than words can say.
Mother of the Bride
My mom has always been there, ready to drop everything whenever I needed her, offering support in every way imaginable. She shows all her love with endless treats and quality time. There is no forgetting all the trips to Treats & Tiques Ice Cream, late night cereal time (that my son adores), and her constant attention to making us all feel cared for. Watching her with my children, seeing the joy and love she pours into them, has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. I am endlessly grateful for everything she has done and continues to do, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this day, or my life, without her by my side.
