YES, after speaking with all of our vendors and many of our family and friends we have decided to still have the wedding. If you are willing to come, we are ready to celebrate and show you a great time!
We are looking forward to seeing all of our guests and we can't wait to celebrate, we do advise that everybody take necessary precautions before coming. Please do not feel obligated to come if you feel uncomfortable to attend or feel that you have been exposed to Covid. The safety of our guests is our biggest concern, so if you start exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has Covid, please stay home and recover. We are ready to have a great time but want to make sure everybody is safe and healthy.
There will be assigned seating for both the ceremony and reception. The reception will have socially distant tables and you will be seated by the same guests you sat next to at the ceremony. All staff will be wearing masks. Masks are optional for guests. There will be special measures taken for the cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres. They will be handed to you individually wrapped, instead of grabbing of a tray to minimize spread of germs. There will be plexiglass in front of the buffet and all food will be served by the staff. The vineyard has a very large indoor and outdoor space to spread out, get fresh air and enjoy the views.
No, the vineyard has not been affected by the fires. They even held a wedding on the day when the fires were probably the worst in Oregon, with no major issues.
YES! There is a ton of space to spread out on the dance floor and dance the night away.
