Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Lindsay Joy and Phillip Chavez
If you have some free time in Estes and are looking for things to do, we recommend checking out www.visitestespark.com. They'll know the best places to try and see elk roaming around. Below are some of our personal favorite places to eat in town!

Kind Coffee

470 East Elkhorn Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Our favorite coffee spot in Estes Park! Great stop for breakfast and a good starting point if you want to window shop on the main street in town.

Coffee on the Rocks

510 Moraine Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Views and food! A menu that has everything from coffee to cocktails, this is also a great spot to see if the fall colors are hanging on around town.

Brunch & Co

333B East Wonderview Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

If you're looking for a sit-down type of breakfast or brunch, this is a great option. Bonus points - it's located in the historic Stanley Hotel, the real-life inspiration for Stephen King's The Shining. You can walk off your brunch in the hedge maze out front.

The Post Mountain House Estes Park

333 East Wonderview Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

Also located at the Stanley. This restaurant has a few locations throughout Colorado and is a great spot for lunch or a casual dinner. They changed the name to sound fancier, but they're known for their chicken and beer.

Ed's Cantina & Grill

390 East Elkhorn Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

A local favorite where you'll find the best margarita in town (as far as our research shows).

Ember Restaurant & Bar

1700 Colorado Peaks Drive, Estes Park, CO 80517

We're biased, but the restaurant at the resort where we're getting married has an incredible menu for any meal. Our favorite dish that didn't make the catering menu - the Bison Flautas.
