Do I need to let you know that I am staying at the hotel?

Answer

You'll only need to let us know if you are staying at the hotel if you are planning to utilize the shuttle. We need to have an accurate headcount to be able to provide adequate shuttle service. The RSVP card will have a place to note whether you plan to ride the shuttle.

What do I do if I have a food allergy?

Answer

There will be a designated place to indicate this on the RSVP card.

Where will the ceremony be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors {weather permitting}. Seating will begin at 5:00 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Upon arrival, please proceed to the rear side of the venue facing the water. A staff member will be available on site to assist.

What Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place?

Answer

Update as of 5.19.21: Restrictions have been lifted. Masks are optional. There will be hand sanitizing stations available. Please check this page regularly for updates. Your health and safety remain a top priority. Be sure to visit our website right before the wedding day so you are up to date with any potential changes. Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). A full course sit down dinner will take place indoors.

When are RSVP's due?

We ask that everyone please RSVP no later than May 8th; the sooner the better for planning purposes.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, you may leave your car. It must be picked up by 10 a.m. Saturday morning.

Where do I park once I arrive at Water's Edge Events Center?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available. You may park at any of the open parking spots.

Question

I am staying at the hotel and wish to ride the shuttle. What do I need to know?

Answer

Please indicate the number of guests in your party who will be utilizing the shuttle service on your response card. We have planned for the shuttle to pick up those guests who indicated interest at 4:45 p.m. and then again at 5:00 p.m. from the hotel. The shuttle will then return guests back to the hotel from the venue at 10:00 p.m. and then again at 10:30 p.m. You can choose the time. There will be a sign in the hotel lobby noting this information as well.
