We met on May 6th, 2019 at a pre-Birthright Happy Hour at Tap 42. One glance and a hello and we wanted to know more. Lindsay signed up for Birthright to meet new girlfriends and Mike recently moved back from NY. A few days later, we met again at a second Happy Hour at Baby Jane in Brickell. It was clear there was a spark, but it wasn't until we left for Israel on June 12th, that Mike asked Lindsay to be his "Airport Buddy." We were inseparable ever since!

Mike made a reservation at Los Fuegos and asked Lindsay if she wanted to spend the night at The Faena on Miami Beach for a little staycation. Mike said we would go to dinner and then the cabaret show afterwards. Dressed in red, Faena style, Lindsay showed up to the hotel with her bags ready for a staycation. We had the best dinner at Los Fuegos and had some time in between dinner and the show to check out our room. We went to our suite and it wasn't until we opened the door to find hundreds of rose petals lining the path to the bedroom. Once we got to the bedroom, rose petals spelled out "Will You Marry Me?" and Mike proposed. Needless to say, there was no cabaret show!
