We met during summer break while going to school at Iowa State. We were both apart of twos groups of friends that were invited to a lake house in Minnesota for the weekend. During that weekend we didn't really talk much besides simple small talk. Over the next month our friend groups decided to hangout more and that gave us the opportunity to start talking more. For about a month we were talking as friends and hanging out together on the weekends. It all came very natural for both us and we began going on dates and began officially dating in August of 2016. The rest is history!
