When is the RSVP deadline and how will I RSVP?
Answer
We're asking all of our guests to RSVP and book their hotel stay by December 12, 2024. We will send out a formal invitation, but will be collecting RSVPs via this website, so head to the RSVP page if you know you're already coming!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We hold our family and yours dear to our hearts. That’s why we chose a resort with the option to bring and enjoy your family alongside us. While we encourage you to make the best decision possible for your family in coming, we are choosing to only invite adults to the events (with the exception of a few children who are deeply meaningful to our big day). When submitting your RSVP, please note it will be only the name(s) listed that we are including in our overall headcount.

I'm excited and want to book as soon as possible - Where do I start?

You are able to book your flight and stay at any time! Please do so by the end of the year! Use code "JUANSAY" for a 15% discount when booking directly from the website. The discount code is exclusively valid on the LOPESAN website and cannot be used on third-party websites. This promo code can only be used with 'Flexible Rate' bookings, which require payment upon arrival, not upfront. With 'Flexible Rate' bookings, the rate quoted online is the same rate you will pay at check-in; there will be no changes in the price. Remember, any foreigners entering the Dominican Republic are required to carry a Passport with a minimum validity of (6) months from entry date. Please also be advised that you need to fill out an electronic ticket before you board the plane (leaving and entering). It is free! Here is the link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

How do I get to/from the airport and the resort?

Lopesan does not have airport transfer. You must book yourself. When booking your airline ticket, you will be presented with transportation options. I highly recommend taking advantage of this. Alternatively, you can directly book transportation through Nexus Tours. A round-trip for one person in the shared bus is $24. But the website is VERY easy :)

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated. Do I need to stay at The Lopesan hotel?
Answer
No, you’re welcome to stay wherever you prefer! If you choose not to stay at Lopesan, please plan to arrive at the hotel by 2:00 PM on the wedding day, March 7th, and be prepared to purchase a guest pass for $85 (per person).
