We met in eighth grade when we had science and english class together. We were paired as science lab partners based on our last names. We sat in the back row and were always joking around (after finishing our work of course). You could always find us trading answers as well as jolly ranchers in the middle of class, and possibly even on tests ;) . We ended up being science lab partners again every year until we graduated high school, and even once in college! We started dating in tenth grade and the chemistry has continued ever since

Josh *finally* popped the question on November 7, 2020, after seven years of dating. We were “supposed” to be going to a brewery to drink beer in Scranton on a beautiful Saturday. Josh wanted to go see an overlook in Nay Aug Park beforehand. We stopped at the park to take a look at our new home and find a hopeful new trail to hike. As we looked over the ledge at the warm colors of autumn in the trees ahead, Josh got on one knee and popped the question! We then met our families for a delicious lunch nearby and then had a getaway to a Pocono Resort for a romantic dinner and night away to celebrate!
