Are there any other events that I should know about pertaining to the Wedding Celebrations?

Most Definitely! Please join us for Happy Hour at New Belgium Brewery Company on Friday, October 15th, 2021 AND the Welcome Party the night before the Wedding on Saturday, October 16th, 2021 at Cedric's Tavern on the Biltmore Property. See More Details on Schedule tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Both Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception are on The Biltmore Property at The Lioncrest Venue. If weather permits, both Ceremony and Cocktail Hour may be held outside in the Courtyard area. Reception will be indoors. Ladies, don't worry... no event occurs on the grass. Solid ground, so if you want to rock those heels, go for it! But make sure you are ready to hit the dance floor later! Formal attire requested. Gentleman, we recommend wearing suits for the evening or a nice pair of slacks with a suit jacket. Most importantly... Be Comfortable, but keep it Classy!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking on site for guests of the wedding.

What if we are staying off site at an outside hotel (not at The Biltmore)? How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

YES! Trolley Service will be picking up guests at the hosting hotels at specific times to bring guests to the wedding. Free feel to take a "Lyft" or "Uber" to the Courtyard Marriot in order to catch the Trolley Service if you are staying off property during your weekend stay. This Trolley will leave at precisely 4:30pm - so don't miss it! Pick-up Times: 4:30pm: Courtyard Marriott (*ONLY one pickup time) *Note there will only be one pick-up time for this hotel. And NO worries! You can either drive your car in and simply provide the front gate our names and tell them you are attending the Robinson/Littlehales wedding event (no earlier than 3:30pm) or you can opt for a ride share, such as Lyft. Biltmore has confirmed that guests can arrive in a Lyft. Note: We were recently told UBER cannot accommodate transporting guests to the event.

Is there a shuttle from The Biltmore Hotels to the Reception?

YES! Trolley Service will be picking up guests at the hosting hotels at specific times to bring guests to the wedding. Pick-up Times: 4:50pm: from The Inn 4:55pm: from The Village Hotel *Note there will only be one pick-up time for the hotels listed above.

Is there a shuttle from the reception to The Biltmore Hotels after we say our Goodnights to the Future Mr. and Mrs. Littlehales?

Answer

Formal Exit by Bride and Groom will occur around 10:55pm (Sparklers will be provided) and YES! Trolley Service will be picking up guests from the Lioncrest and transporting them to the 3 hosting hotels - Courtyard Marriott, The Inn and The Biltmore Estate and The Village Hotel at The Biltmore Estate. Pick-up Times: 10:00pm: from the Village Hotel 11:00pm: from the Inn
