At this time, we are likely going to get a room block at the Clock Tower Inn in Ventura (3 blocks from the reception). Once we have confirmed this we will update this site. Crowne Plaza is also an option but they are requiring our guests to book 2 nights (if you are going to do this book for Thursday and Friday since Jiten and I will be at the hotel these days; unless you just need a get-away from us lol).
