When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting semi-formal or cocktail attire for our evening. Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, ties, suits and slacks  We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride-- whites, ivories, blushes etc.  Please, no jeans, shorts, or flips flops.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttles will be picking up starting at 3:30 pm from the hotels to the ceremony and beginning to drop off starting at 9:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a large, fully lit, and accessible parking lot.  Yes, you may leave your car overnight. Any vehicles left overnight at the venue must be removed by 10 am the next day.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception space are handicap accessible.
