*OUR Wedding Ceremony is at WoodSmith Estates on Friday, July 25th, 2025 at 4pm, arrival to WoodSmith should be around 3:30-3:45pm.* **We are in the process of coordinating a shuttle for arrival and departure from WoodSmith Estates.** We have a block of 5 ROOMS reserved for Thursday, July 24th ($ 165.39 total per room) and 10 ROOMS for Friday, July 25th ($ 265.29 total per room). Prices include taxes. If you choose to stay, please enter CODE: GUNN & pick the night(s) you would like. You MUST book at least 30 days in advance to get the room discounts. Adjoining rooms were requested. Complimentary hot breakfast served daily. Each guest will receive $10 in FREE PLAY per night stay. NORMAL Check-in time is 4:00 PM - Batavia Downs stated they cannot guarantee early check-in, but most guests are able to check in by 2:00-3:00pm. Once again, they cannot guarantee early check-in, if they are unable to bring you to your room, they will hold your bags if you need to leave. Check-out time 11:00 AM
