The year was 2004; Yeah! by Usher was still on the radio and the Red Sox had just won the World Series for the first time since 1918 when Lindsay Foley and Jake Tenaglia met in the hallways of East Middle School. Though it wasn't love at first sight--in fact, they both "dated" each other's friends--Lindsay and Jake's friendship blossomed throughout the awkward middle school years, leading them to become "boyfriend/girlfriend official" in December 2006. Since then, Lindsay and Jake's relationship has grown throughout every major life milestone: from proms and high school graduations, to college, law school, and Lindsay's late nights studying to pass the bar, and even purchasing their first home--which is where Jake finally (twelve years later) popped the question in December 2018. Now, the two have invited their family and closest friends to share a new milestone that's been thirteen years in the making: their wedding!
