Hotel
We have reserved a room block at this hotel for Friday 4/12 - Sunday 4/14 accommodations. Please use the link below to get the wedding block discount. If you want to stay longer than Friday and Saturday night, you can call the hotel directly and they will be able to honor the discount rates for additional nights. This is an additional hotel that will give our wedding guests a 10% discount on room rates. In order to book this hotel with the discount, you must call the number above and request a room booked for the Callender and Swick wedding.
Travel Note
If you would like to stay in Scottsdale, please feel free to do so. There are many great things to do, restaurants, and beautiful hotels in Scottsdale! My recommendation would be to stay somewhere in South Scottsdale so you can easily travel to the venue, this is also called "Old Town" Scottsdale. Feel free to text Lindsay if you would like any recommendations. Please note, if staying in Scottsdale, you can expect at least a 30 minute drive to the venue. Please plan travel via uber, taxi or rental car accordingly!
Travel Note
Please plan your travel to the wedding venue ahead of time to accommodate arriving on time. No shuttle will be provided, but you can order a cab, uber, or Lyft from your hotel to the venue.
Flight
This is the main airport for the area and the easiest option for flying in and out for the wedding. The airport is about a 25-35 minute drive from the venue and there are plenty of options for Lyfts or Ubers.
Flight
This is a secondary airport option. Not all airlines will fly here, but it is very close to the venue and hotel options. If you are able to fly into this airport, it may save you some time on commuting to the hotel!
