The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. To ensure a smooth and timely arrival, all guests must take the provided shuttle from (location to be named) to the venue. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for travel time and to find your seat. The shuttles will depart promptly at (departure time to be updated), so please be sure to arrive early to avoid missing your ride. Guests who arrive after 5:00 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded to minimize disruption. The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow.
