We met for the first time as the maid of honor and best man at our friends' wedding (shoutout to the Dexters for getting married). We had heard about one another for years, but had somehow never crossed paths before that moment. When we met, we had instant chemistry and we knew we had something special.

We went glass blowing in Cleveland and created our very own Christmas ornaments. We both agreed that it was the best first date we both have ever had!

Our first three years as a couple were spent long-distance. When we weren't traveling between Pittsburgh and Cleveland to visit one another, we spent countless hours talking on the phone and FaceTiming to build our relationship. We "closed the gap" in the summer of 2021.

We went out to eat at one of the first restaurants we visited together as a couple. Following that, Grant popped the question under the giant Christmas tree at Point State Park in Pittsburgh.
