Question

What should I wear to the celebration party?

Answer

We are encouraging you to wear cocktail attire! Our colors fall across the blue and neutral spectrum, but wear any color that makes you feel party-ready. And please bring your dancing shoes! Music by Charles Carter will make you want to dance all night long.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Gil and Lindsay would ask that anyone who is not engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership refrain from bringing a plus one. For venue capacity, food, and beverage purposes, the couple hopes you'll understand!

Will there be parking at your venue?

Answer

Yes! The Venue at the Bakery Building has an abundance of parking just across the street from the front door. There is no charge for parking in the area. Hattiesburg also has Uber and Lyft if you'd like to plan ahead for a DD ;)

Is dinner being served at the party?

Answer

Yes! we will have buffet-style food catered as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the party. The food will be along the lines of heavy hors d'oeuvres, so if you'd prefer to have dinner beforehand then Lindsay and Gil would recommend that you check out downtown restaurants near the venue like Blu Jazz, Hattiesburgers and Blues, Trattoria Italian Restaurant, or Jutama's Thai Cuisine. There will be plenty of food for all, however, so feel free to come hungry!
