What is the dress code?

Answer

We have a few gatherings across the weekend, each with its own feel: Friday Evening Garden Party An outdoor celebration under the stars. Dress is relaxed and elegant — sundresses, linen, and garden-party looks. It's on the lawn, so comfortable shoes are your friend. Saturday Wedding (Formal / Black Tie) Our wedding is formal. For women, a long evening gown; for men, a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. The ceremony and dinner are outdoors, so we suggest a wrap for after sunset and shoes that do well on grass (skip the thin stilettos). Sunday Farewell Brunch A relaxed send-off. Sunday best.

Transportation to the venue throughout the weekend?

Answer

We’ve arranged transportation with Mert’s Taxi for the weekend. He can drive you anywhere you need to go, whether that’s back to the wedding hotel ($22 for 7 person van to Swinomish Casino & Lodge) or wherever else you’re staying, and he’s available late into the evening for us. To catch a ride, just give him a call and he’ll come pick you up. He has multiple vans and cabs, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. Mert’s Taxi: (360) 708-6358
