Travel to Bridal Veil Lakes
Bridal Veil Lakes is located along the Gorge approximately 15 minutes outside of Troutdale, Oregon. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. We encourage carpooling to make the drive there and back as safe and easy as possible!
House Or Rental
Staying in Portland
Eric and I will be staying at our home in Northeast Portland leading up to the wedding. We encourage people to book accommodations as soon as they are able since it's likely to be a busy weekend! Staying somewhere near us, in nearby neighborhoods, or looking in Troutdale (approximately 20 minutes from the venue), are all good places to start searching. We have often found AirBnB to be a less expensive option to hotels but we know there are sometimes some great deals on hotel reservations. Eric's parents will be staying at a hotel near the Gresham exit off of Highway 84. There are several hotels along that exit in case you are interested in making arrangements close to the Lillstrom/Morgan family. Travel Note
Rehearsal Picnic at Blue Lake National Park (See Schedule Tab for more details)
Eric's family is hosting a "meet and greet" picnic on Saturday May 25 at Blue Lake Regional Park located in the gorge east of Portland (north of Fairview) for anyone in the area then. It will be a great time to meet and visit with new extended family and especially to have more time with Lindsay and Eric. There will be sandwiches, snacks, and beverages. Feel free to bring something, including your favorite beverage, balls, frisbees, etc. but it's not necessary. Of course all ages are welcome, but unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the park and there is an entry fee of $5 per vehicle. If you want to come, stop by any time between 2 and 7 pm at the Clatsop B shelter. Hope to see you there!
