You can't come to Northern New Mexico without exploring the Santa Fe Plaza. It is beautiful during the winter with all the lights and farolitos. This is a must see. Consider exploring around and then going to dinner at one of the many fanstastic restaurants around the Plaza.
Lindsay worked here for her first job! No wonder it is also her favorite restaurant. The best tacos in the state of New Mexico exist here, but Lindsay's favorite is actually the chimichanga. :)
El Parasol belongs to the neighboring restaurant "El Paragua" but you can get the same food to go. They serve amazing breakfast burritos in the morning, but their tacos are the show stopper.
Another classic Northern New Mexican style restaurant. It is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful old building and the food is to die for!
Come to this restaurant - once an old railyard - for the best New Mexican food in Santa Fe!
Here you will find amazing pizza right in the middle of the Santa Fe plaza!
Come watch a movie in comfort with food and a beer in your hand! Located in the Santa Fe Plaza Railyard area.
We have yet to come to meow wolf, but many come to Santa Fe to see this bowling alley turned into a living piece of art that you can explore. This is definitely a place for an adventure.
Maybe we will get lucky and have snow!
