There is 2 mile hike/bike to ceremony so please wear trail clothes/shoes and we will shuttle up your nice wedding attire. There are limited seats available in the shuttles that we are reserving first for our elderly guests and little kids. Please let us know in advance if you would like a seat on the shuttle, as we do have some extra seats available. Shuttles will be loading at 2:30.

Cocktail hour will start at 3:00pm. If you plan to hike or bike up to the ceremony spot, please leave by 2:00pm. There will be signage and red flags to guide you to the ceremony site. Shuttles will board at 2:30 to head up the mountain and will come back down at 5:00pm after the ceremony. The down shuttles will drop the first group at the base lodge, then head back up to a designated pick up area about halfway down the mountain to pick up remaining down hikers who would like a ride. We will have changing canopies at the summit, and there will be light bites in addition to cocktails, mocktails and water at the ceremony site, followed by dinner and dancing at the base of the mountain.
