Are masks required?

Answer

Our venue does not require masks. However, we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so feel free to wear a mask if you would like to do so.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire is encouraged.

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at our venue, The Woods at Cedar Springs, just outside of Louisville, KY. The whole event will be indoors, excluding the cocktail hour, which will be outdoors on a covered patio.

When should I RSVP by? What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We ask that all RSVPs are in by July 16, 2022. While we would love for everyone to be in attendance, we understand if you cannot make it. Please RSVP with your “no” as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow for ample time to park, locate the restroom facilities, and find your seat for the ceremony.

Are kids invited? Can I bring a guest?

Answer

At this time, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation, so please make arrangements accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Target and Amazon. Links to our registry can be found on our website, under the “registry” section.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not take pictures during the ceremony. Please plan to turn your phones off, put them away, and follow our wishes for an “unplugged” ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer who will be hard at work capturing this special moment for us!

Is parking available?

Answer

Free parking is available in a paved lot right on the property. Any vehicles left overnight must be picked up between 8am-12pm the following day.
