Friday Welcome Party: Dressy Casual; What you may wear to a nice dinner in the city - Break out the Fall collection! Saturday Day: Casual; Anything you would wear at a picnic outdoors Saturday Evening: Black Tie

What toiletries can I expect in the Cedar Lakes cabins?

Answer

There will be towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn at 4:10 pm. Shuttles will return from Cedar Lakes Estate to the Hampton Inn following the reception at 11:00 pm and following the After Party @ 12:00 am.

What are the outdoor elements that I should prepare for on Saturday evening?

Answer

The ceremony will (hopefully) be outside on the mountaintop. Women should take the grass into consideration when selecting shoes. Although we will have golf carts to transport people up the hill, the ceremony itself is in grass. We recommend everyone bring some type of outerwear as it likely will be a bit chilly (although we hope not).

Will there be a place to put my coat when I get to cocktail hour or the reception?

Yes! There will be a coat check.
