Our story began in 2008 at a track meet. We were two fourteen year olds still trying to figure out life. I was just a young, clueless girl who spotted this boy with the prettiest blue eyes I had ever seen... so I had to tell him. He looked at me awkwardly and said, “thank you...” The rest is history :)

Fast forward from eight years of happiness, fun, trials, and growth. We were standing on a cliff in the middle of Zion National Park. We had just hiked a moderately difficult one mile trail. I happened to hike it barefoot (not planned), having no idea for what was about to happen. The love of my life, my best friend, my very person, got down on one knee and asked me to be his girl forever! And we are still on top of the world :)
