What is the Preferred Guest Attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that our guests attend in semi-formal attire. Please also be mindful of inclimate weather and summer temperatures, as our ceremony is an outdoor event.

What Time Should Guests Arrive?

Answer

In order to ensure that all guests are present and seated when the ceremony begins, we request that guests arrive between 4:00 and 4:15pm CST.

What To Do if it Rains?

Answer

We are aware that having an outdoor wedding can come with surprises from nature! In the event of rain, we will remain at the designated venue, and will adjust ceremony details accordingly. Supplies such as umbrellas will be provided for guests as necessary. Please be mindful of footwear and attire according to the weather forecast.

Where Should I Park?

Answer

Parking is fully available on site, and a parking attendant will direct you to an available space. For any guests with mobility concerns, please contact the wedding party and we will provide information for direct drop off at the ceremony area.

What If I do not RSVP in Time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 1st, 2026, you will be marked as "Not Attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What if I RSVP'D and Cannot Make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens unexpectedly, no worries. Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.

Can I Bring a Date/Plus One?

Answer

In effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the number of guests included on your RSVP card/website RSVP page can be accomodated. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!
