Where do I park?
Answer
Please park at the main entrance for Christian Encounter Ranch. There will be shuttle cars taking you to the Meadow from there.

What do I wear?
Answer
The venue is outdoors and in a grassy area that is not an even surface. Please dress for the heat and for walking comfortably. This is a semi-causal event.
Question
Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Yes! Please bring your children! We love them! If one of your children is not listed under your RSVP, this is because we considered them young enough to not make an impact on our catering and seating. We are still planning on them being there.

What time is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, followed by a reception at the same venue. Please factor in enough time to park and wait for the next shuttle car up to the Meadow (approx. 5 minute wait).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 5:15 so that there is time to shuttle everyone to the Meadow. Feel free to come as early as 4:45.

What is the closest airport?
Answer
Sacramento International Airport. It is 1 hour from the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The Broadstreet Inn in Nevada City is run Lindsay’s family friends. It is a 20 minute drive from the venue. This will put you close to sights such as the Yuba River and the Tribute Trail that takes you over the Deer Creek on a suspension bridge. Slightly closer to the venue and a cheaper option is the Gold Miner’s Inn in Grass Valley. Another fun option is the In Town Campground in Nevada City where you can have a glamping experience. There are many hotels in Auburn as well if you would like to head in the direction of the Sacramento Airport.
