Please book your rooms by June 1, 2026. Your deposit will be fully refundable until 60 days prior to your reservation. If you're extending your trip before or after the wedding weekend, we recommend you call to book upon receiving your invitation. The room block rate will apply from November 2nd to November 9th. Etéreo has a three-night minimum length of stay requirement. The Resort does not allow Saturday arrivals and/or departures. Rates quoted are subject to an additional 16% government tax, 5% occupancy tax, 16% service charge and $2.75 nightly Environmental Fee. Room rates do not include any meals (except the ones we're providing, of course!). Rates are based on single or double occupancy. There are a limited number of rooms with two queen beds. If this is something you'll need, please specify when you call to book.

You'll be flying into Cancun airport. Taxis are readily available (average expected rate is approximately $80 USD one way). That being said, our recommendation is to arrange a private car service. The wedding planner has recommended the provider, UNIQUE. Info below: Guest Transportation Rates $165 USD one way for up to 5 passengers per SUV $220 USD one way for a larger vehicle for 6–7 passengers (depending on luggage volume; they confirm this case by case) Guests can book directly with Nancy Valdez: Phone / WhatsApp: +52 998 578 0101 Email: nancy.valdez@uniquecancun.com Nancy is generally available for calls from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cancun time, and she can also call guests directly if they send her a quick message or email to coordinate. Payment links can be sent via email or WhatsApp, and they accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If guests would like to share transportation, they should mention this directly to Nancy so she can help coordinate and verify the arrangements. In these cases, she can also provide separate payment links so each guest can pay for their portion individually. If you provide your arrival details when you have them, via the RSVP on this site, we'll try our best to organize group transportation to Etéreo for you and our other guests!
