Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our venue is the River Bend which is just 20 minutes north of Boulder, in the Rocky Mountain Foothills, situated along the banks of the St. Vrain River and known for its backdrop of stunning red sandstone cliffs. You will be surrounded by private acres of outdoor beauty – including a spacious lawn, towering shade trees, a riverside sandstone patio, a new indoor reception barn and the peaceful sounds of the river flowing by. Will there be transportation to the venue? Yes! Even if you are not staying at the Marriott Boulder hotel, you are encouraged to drive or Uber to the hotel and get on the shuttle! Please be on time for the shuttle, as it will be on a strict schedule and not be able to wait.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you dress in formal attire. For women, long/midi dresses or jumpsuits in a spring/summer color palette. If you plan on wearing heels, we recommend having a "chunky" heel as much of the event will be spent outdoors on the grass. For men, formal includes a suit.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the kids in our lives, we would like to make this an adult-centered event. Please respect our wishes for a child free ceremony and reception. Date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Mountain Crust Pizza will be catering our reception and they can make accommodations for any allergy! Just ask the attendant when in the buffet line.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you only bring the persons listed specifically on your invitation.

What is the phone/social media policy?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take pictures or record videos using your phone during the ceremony. We have hired fantastic photographers and videographers and will share media from the event as soon as we receive it!
