The closest hotels are in Downtown Brooklyn and will probably require a short cab ride to get to the venue, or a 20- to 25-minute walk. All of these hotels are in Downtown Brooklyn, but Holiday Inn offers the cheapest price of these options.
If you don't mind being further from the neighborhood, then Queens and Manhattan will have a wider variety of possibly cheaper options. Cabs from these locations though will be more expensive.
