We have enlisted travel consultant, Kelly Jara, to assist with the travel planning to Costa Rica. We encourage you to contact Kelly when booking, as she has secured special group rates for our trip. Please know that a valid passport is required to travel to Costa Rica.
The package price, for August 18th through the 25th, includes the round-trip flight from BWI airport, transportation to and from the resort, 7 night all-inclusive stay, and all taxes and gratuities. As an all-inclusive resort, your meals, beverages and alcoholic drinks are included in the package, so there are no additional costs once you arrive. Based on double occupancy, the package price is $1,608 per person.
In order to secure the group package price, a deposit of $150 ($100 for air and $50 for the room) must be given to Kelly by May 12th. The remaining balance is due by June 14th.

This is where we will be staying for the week of August 18th-25th. This beautiful all inclusive resort is located on Matapalo Beach with a lush jungle right next door. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special group rate, with deposits due by May 12th.
Flight
Liberia Guanacaste Airport
We will be taking a Delta flight to the Liberia Guanacaste Airport in Costa Rica. From there, we will take a short shuttle ride to the hotel. Our travel agent Kelly has secured us a group rate, including shuttle transportation, with a deposit due by May 12th.
