FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lindsay Chamness and David Taves
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request semi-formal/garden party attire for wedding guests. For women, we suggest colorful knee-length (or longer) dresses, or dressy separates, along with flats or heels. For men, a suit or blazer with dress trousers is recommended, along with a button-up shirt and optional tie. While the atmosphere is relaxed, please avoid overly casual attire such as denim or sneakers. For some fun inspo, we recommend this website: https://greenweddingshoes.com/garden-party-attire-dress-code/

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love the little ones, however we respectfully request that no children (anyone under the age of 18) are to be in attendance. We'd love to see you enjoy your night out! Thank you for your understanding.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP if you're able or unable to attend our wedding by Saturday, February 15th.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal wedding invitation.

Question

When should I book accomodations?

Answer

If you are looking to stay in our wedding block, we suggest booking as soon as possible! If the wedding block appears full, please reach out to us and we can add additional rooms.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm in order to ensure everyone is seated ahead of the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a complimentary valet service available at the venue if you choose to drive, which will be available beginning about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
