Please read through all FAQs below for clarification on wedding logistics and details. Feel free to reach out to the Bride and Groom with additional questions!
Question

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

SHUTTLE BUS INFO There will be a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue on the big day! The shuttle will pick up at the host hotel, Lodge at Sonoma at 4:30pm. Shuttle departure from the venue back to the hotel will take place post wedding, after the bride and groom's departure. Space on the shuttle is limited and they will not be running back and forth so please be on time if you plan to ride. The Lodge at Sonoma is located at 1325 Broadway, Sonoma, CA 95476. RIDE-SHARE/UBER/LYFT Alternatively, Sonoma has several ride-share services, including Uber and Lyft available. While you may easily be able to get a ride to the venue, the ride-share options do slow down later in the evening. Therefore, we'd recommend pre-scheduling rides to make your traveling process easier and more efficient. ON-SITE PARKING Our venue also provides plenty of parking on-site if you prefer to drive yourself! If you do not feel comfortable driving after the wedding festivities, you do have the option to leave your car overnight and pick up the following day. We want all guests to be safe, so we ask that you do not drink & drive. In order to avoid any transportation delays, we highly recommend everyone pre-plan their travel as needed.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only invited guests are able to attend the wedding. Your formal invitation will indicate the names of the guests who are invited to the wedding. We kindly ask that there be no surprise guests. We appreciate your understanding!

Is this a kid friendly event?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are hoping to make this an adults only evening. We hope that with this advanced notice, you will be able to make the proper arrangements to enjoy the night off celebrating our marriage with us!

Will we spend time outdoors?

Answer

YES! We chose to get married in California due to the great weather, so a large part of the evening - ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner - will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The West Coast can be chilly in the Spring, so we'd recommend checking the forecast prior to traveling and bringing layers.

Can I use my phone to take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guest are unplugged during our ceremony, and do not take photos/videos. We hired an amazing photographer to capture it all! However, once the Bride and Groom exit the ceremony, please feel free to snap as many pictures and videos as you like throughout the rest of the evening!
