Travel

We're so grateful that you're coming from far and wide to celebrate with us. Please don't hesitate to call Lindsay or Laura with questions- we're happy to help be your person travel planner to make sure everything goes smoothly. Note: the Tucson Festival of Books is the weekend of our wedding, so we recommend reserving accommodations earlier vs later.

Flight

Tucson International Airport

Yes, Tucson has an international airport! Flying into Tucson is sometimes a little pricier than Phoenix, but is just 20 minutes outside of town (and pretty cute as far as airports go).

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

Two hours north of Tucson. You can easily rent a car from or take a shuttle from the airport to Tucson. For shuttle we recommend FlixBus, which cost about $30 per person and run between the airport and the U of A (central Tucson) several times a day.

Hotel

Hotel Congress

311 East Congress Street
Tucson, AZ 85701

Tucson's most storied hotel, bar, club and restaurant! Pros: Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to lots of classic Tucson institutions. Con: A 25 minute drive from the venue and very near the nightlife. We have reserved a block here with discounted rates-- reach out to Lindsay if you're interested in learning more!

Hotel

Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa

245 East Ina Rd
Tucson, AZ
 +15207456000

Classic Southern AZ resort with individual casitas, pool, and restaurant tucked into the foothills of the mountains. Kid friendly, and a 5 minute drive from the venue.

Hotel

Airbnb

An obvious suggestion! We would recommend staying near in some of the historic neighborhoods around the U of A and downtown for a walkable experience. This area is a 10 minute drive from the Mulcahy's house and 25 minute drive from the venue. Or, on the north side of town near the Catalina mountains for a desert experience near the venue.
