What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests wishing to arrive early and take in the scenery may do so starting at 2:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-formal attire is requested for the ceremony. Please ensure you have a coat or warm wrap as the event is outdoors and the temperatures will drop once the sun sets. Feel free to dress for warmth over style at this point! Heaters will be placed around the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Your RSVP will display the names of those invited in your party. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking is available. We kindly encourage carpooling whenever possible to help us make the best use of the space.

I'm in staying in the cabins at the venue, what accommodations are provided?

Answer

Each cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a loft upstairs with either a queen bed or two twin beds. There is also a full-size futon in the living area. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, stove-top, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. They do provide pots, pans, and utensils. The venue also has grills near the ramada. To heat the cabin, there is a wood stove fireplace (wood is provided) and electric heaters. More information can be found on their website: https://www.azcabins.com/cabins/
