Are the ceremony and reception sites wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, they are!

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, the parking lot is located next to the ceremony site and reception hall. There is also overflow parking behind the main lot.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the mountains! The reception will be held indoors at the newly build 4,000 sq. ft. venue hall.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have not reserved any blocks. However, please visit the travel tab for a detailed list of local accommodations.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

Due to our guests booking their own accommodations, there won't be any shuttle services. The driveway of the venue is maintained, but isn't paved and can be considered rougher terrain, depending on the weather. Please consider an SUV or something with 4-wheel drive if renting a vehicle.

What should I wear?

Answer

We request that guests wear neutral tones and semi-formal clothing. Our color theme is green and rust, so neutral colors will allow them to stand out in our photos!

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Early June should have spring temperatures varying from 50-70 degrees. Although cooler temperatures and wind may be likely on top of the mountain.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we ask that only guests indicated on your invitation attend. There are plenty of great people to meet and mingle with!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Children bring so much fun and joy to a wedding. Feel free to bring them along or have a night out to yourself!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will also be children's meal options.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

There will be a meat, fish, and vegetarian option for dinner, along with many selections at cocktail hour. Please indicate in your RSVP if there are any allergies and the caterer will be notified.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an assortment of beer, wine, and cocktails available. Our bartender will have a tip jar for those that wish to show some love!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Please visit the registry tab to contribute to our honeymoon fund or purchase and mail gifts to our home.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony prelude music begins. Therefore, please arrive around 2pm to ensure there are no delays, to find suitable parking, and enjoy the beautiful scenery beforehand!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 11:00pm and it will follow with a relaxed bonfire at one of the pits onsite.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be light snacks, an open bar, lawn games and music to enjoy before the reception officially begins.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from personal photos during the ceremony, but you're free to take as many as you'd like during the rest of the wedding day! Feel free to use our Instagram hashtag #lindofloading to share any of your photos with us.
