Wedding Party

We are so blessed and grateful to our bridal party, who have been a part of our lives for many decades. From childhood friends to siblings to in-laws, we are grateful for the people who will be standing next to us on our wedding day (and beyond).

Erica

Maid of Honor

Lindsey and Erica met and became friends in first grade at KCS. They kept in touch after high school but fully reconnected when Lindsey moved back to Florida in 2021. Erica is an incredible friend who will encourage you to run long distances and push you to be the best version of yourself. She is the person you call for a spontaneous adventure or when you need to process or celebrate life. She is an incredible cheerleader and friend. To have Erica in your life is a huge blessing!

Chelsea

Matron of Honor

Chelsea and Lindsey were unexpectedly put in a room together during their sophomore year of college at Liberty (it's a whole story). They hit it off and filled the year with a crazy roommate, lots of hysterical laughing, and watching Pride & Prejudice a million times. Chelsea is always there to talk Lindsey off the ledge when she's "dying" from a WebMD search, and such an encouraging friend in every season. You can't know Chelsea and not love her, she's the best!

Erin

Bridesmaid

Erin and Lindsey met at Liberty, where they lived in the same dorm (with Carla, our photographer, and Emily, our coordinator). Erin is one of the smartest and most generous people I know—she will do anything to support and cheer on the people she loves. Erin and Lindsey have probably sent a million minutes of voice messages back and forth over the years of their friendship. Erin will always listen, be a voice of reason, or someone you can share hopes, fears, and frustrations with as a safe place. Erin is an incredible friend to have in your life and always the life of the party!

Katie

Bridesmaid

When she moved back to St. Petersburg in first grade, Katie was the first person Lindsey met. Katie has this incredible gift of being warm and welcoming to everyone she meets. She is a friend who will stand with you through every season (including awkward pre-teen years). She will also support your wild ideas - like matching outfits as teenagers or laughing along at a silly story you HAVE to tell someone. Katie is also one of the most patient and grace-filled people ever, she has been an incredible friend for 26 years!

Sarah

Bridesmaid

Sarah is the younger sister to Brandon and Jackie and over the years growing up, countless memories, stories, and jokes were made (eventually, she WOULD prove able to catch a ball and both arms would heal). Ever close as siblings can be, her intellect and humorous wit is always on display. Any question of how close Brandon and Sarah are comes in a twist worthy of sitcom lore, as Sarah and Rudy became the "best neighbors" when Brandon bought his house in Ruskin, not realizing that their house was a few doors down from his. As a big brother, I could not be more proud of my sisters, and eager to make many more memories together.

Jackie

Bridesmaid

Jackie is Brandon's big sister, and the two have grown up side-by-side as allies and in support of one another. She has always been an inspiration to her family and friends, known for her dedication and passion for teaching others, for her wonderful judge of character, and also for her ability to listen and advise however she can. There is no question that she is a thoughtful, genuine, and beautiful woman, and so many are fortunate to call her a friend.

Katie T

Bridesmaid

Katie and Lindsey met through Katie's brother Justin. Katie's first memory of meeting Lindsey was her bouncing out of the dorm in her wolf sweater (which was amazing, RIP). When Lindsey bought her first house in Lynchburg, Katie lived with her for 4 fun years until Lindsey moved back to FL in 2021. Katie is the friend who will fight for you (possibly for real) and stand up for the people she loves. She is incredibly loyal, kind, and supportive. It is a joy to be one of her friends! Katie won't be with us in person on our wedding day because she will be having her first baby a couple of weeks prior (YAY!!), but she will be with us in spirit (and possibly as a big cut-out face on a stick).

Tommy

Best Man

Tommy (or Thom) is the brother that Brandon wanted as a child, but didn't show up until high school. Meeting first and fancy-ing themselves as pole vaulters, Tommy and Brandon grew very close, sharing many memories of birthday celebrations, a snowball fight in Chicago, and touring the streets of Vicenza. He is as true a friend as you will ever hope to find, and someone who is always excitedly supportive of a plan, as long as there can be a good story afterward! For many years, they've referred to themselves as characters from How I Met Your Mother, and it only seems right that the Architect has his Marshall by his side now, and forever "on the porch" together.

Ed

Groomsman

Ed and Brandon met through Erin (Brandon's cousin), and almost immediately hit it off. Working downtown in the Loop together, they'd often meet up for lunch and to talk about work, life, or the random events of the week. They remained close even after Brandon left for sunny Florida, and continue to catch up frequently. Ed has always been a loyal friend and trusted voice, which he is for anyone who calls on him. Honored to be Best Man at Ed and Erin's wedding, it seems altogether fitting that Ed should be by his side for this occasion and many more.

Rudy

Groomsman

Rudy is Brandon's brother-in-law, but the "brother" title stands out much more. Meeting while Sarah and he were dating, Brandon got to know Rudy quite a bit over the years, slowly cracking his humorous side, bonding over a number of shared hobbies and interests, and being witness to Rudy's first (and so far only) half marathon - a memory that will always live on. Rudy is always willing to lend a hand or a supportive ear, is quick with his wry sense of humor, and is dependable for whatever anyone needs.

Michael

Groomsman

Michael is Lindsey's brother and one of the smartest people in every room he's in. Michael is generous and kind, and always encourages Lindsey to try new and amazing foods. Michael is the person you call when you need solid and straight-up advice on how to solve a problem or book a pass for the airport lounge. He has a great dry sense of humor and you should feel honored if you say something funny enough to get him REALLY laughing.

Jim

Groomsman

Jim and Brandon met a few years ago while at a running group and found each other to be easy to talk to in a very real way. They've continued to run together as a way to spend the miles learning much about each other, and are usually gravitating toward one another while on the multiple race trips taken. A fun fact about the pair: they share the same birthday! Jim and Brandon push each other to be their best, and have a deep respect for each other. This fortunately also means that they both understand their need for relishing life's experiences, and enjoy taking themselves a little "less" seriously than their careers and training would suggest.

Chris

Groomsman

It seems odd that Chris and Brandon met only a year ago at Chris and Rachel's wedding, because they seem to have fit together so quickly. You could blame it on the wedding dancing, the golf, or going through the same stage of engagement/marriage, but whatever the reason, these two have found it easy to rely on the other. The conversations shared and memorable experiences had have led to a great friendship and a lasting bond, and I am grateful to have him beside me.
