Need to know how to get to and get around Hudson? See below for all the info you need!

Shuttle

Shuttles

September 28, 2024 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We will have shuttles running from downtown Hudson to our venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Due to limited parking at the venue--and because we want you to have a good time and not worry about getting safely home!--we ask that as many guests as possible utilize the shuttle. There will be two pick up times; 3:30pm and 4:00pm; and will be many return trips starting at 9:30pm. The pick up and drop off points will be: Hudson Opera House 327 Warren St, Hudson, NY 12534 Public Square (Corner of Warren and 7th St, near the St. Charles Hotel) 700 Warren St, Hudson, NY 12534

Travel Note

Lodging Info

We highly recommend as many guests as possible book Airbnbs or other short-term rentals for our wedding. Hotel rooms are very limited in Hudson; you will likely find higher quality lodging at better prices if you find your own lodging! We suggest booking as early as possible. The link below will take you to Airbnb listings for Hudson; there are also several adorable bed-and-breakfasts in town.

Hotel

St Charles Hotel

16 Park Place
Hudson, NY 12534
 (833) 344-0557

We have a hotel block at the St. Charles Hotel; nightly rates range from $299-$379 per night. The hotel is located at the southeast corner of Hudson and will be a pick up and drop off point for the shuttles!

Train

Amtrak to Hudson

Hudson is a quick (and beautiful) two-hour train ride from NYC; trains depart Penn Station every hour or two. The Amtrak station is right in the northwest corner of town.

Flight

Albany Airport

The closest airport to Hudson is Albany International (ALB), which is about a 50-minute drive. For those flying from Detroit, there are several nonstop flights from DTW to ALB each day. Car rental and taxi/rideshare to Hudson are available in Albany. Other nearby airports include Bradley International (Hartford) and Westchester County Airport (White Plains), which are both a little under two hours' drive. For those coming from the West Coast, it might be best to fly into NYC, which is a little over two hours.
