We kindly request that our guests dress in cocktail attire. Floor length or midi dresses, jumpsuits, and tailored suits with or without a tie are perfect for the occasion! We highly encourage wearing bright and beautiful summer colors, but please refrain from wearing denim, and ladies, please refrain from wearing white or cream. The ceremony will be indoors at the Ritz Charles Chapel. The reception will be "indoors" at the Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion. All event spaces at Ritz Charles are ADA accessible.
We recommend arriving between 15-30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 5:30 p.m.
If your formal invitation includes "and Guest", then yes! Otherwise, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
While we love your children, we cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to venue space and guest count restrictions. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a parent's night out!
Parking is available on-site and is free for all guests. Overnight parking is also permitted. For those traveling or without their own vehicles, we recommend using rideshare services (e.g., Uber or Lyft) to and from the venue. We will provide an Uber voucher code for our guests as we get closer to the date!
A 50-60 minute cocktail hour will take place in and around the Garden Pavilion where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Absolutely! Our caterer will provide options for our guests with dietary restrictions and food intolerances and/or allergies. Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
There will be an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for, and a material gift is not expected. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, we will have an area for cards and/or gifts at our reception. We have registries through Zola, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel.
