When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Since this is a destination wedding, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Rooms and /or vacation packages can be reserved by October 15, 2022 as inventory is limited. Only a $200 deposit will be required if booking through our travel agent. After the deposit, payment schedule is as follows: November 15, 2022 - $200 due January 15, 2023 - $200 due April 1, 2023 - remaining balance due

How do I book?

Answer

Please view the travel tab for information. Our travel agent has negotiated special rates for a limited number of rooms at the Royalton. Please email info@bookwithbrina.com with your travel requests. Rooms and /or vacation packages can be reserved by October 15, 2022 as inventory is limited. Only a $200 deposit will be required if booking through our travel agent. Do I need a passport to travel?

Answer

Yes! Adults and children require a passport to travel. If you do not have a passport or it is expiring, please order a new passport at least three months prior to the wedding to ensure you receive it in time. Please also check the expiration date to ensure it will be valid for at least 6 months after your return date as airlines may be able to turn you away otherwise.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We understand some of you may use this trip as your family vacation. This is a family friendly resort so by all means bring the family. However kids will not be able to attend the wedding. The resort offers childcare services if you should choose to utilize them.

How do we get to and from the airport when we arrive in Jamaica?

Answer

Any packages booked through our travel agent, will include roundtrip airport transfers.

What if I found a better price / different hotel?

Answer

We are all about being cost effective - our negotiated rates with the resort are very competitive and include transfer from the airport when working with the travel agent. If you do book independently, great! If you book a different resort there is a mandatory charge of $200 per person to attend the wedding for non resort guests. Please let us know ASAP if you do book a separate property.

How long should we stay?

Answer

The negotiated rates start at four (4) night minimum stay. Make your stay your own and pick the dates that work your you! The bride and groom will be staying 7/17 - 7/24.
